Grade 5 - £26,824.00 for 22.2 hours per week for 52.14 weeks per annum equating to £16,094.40 pro rata.
We have a vacancy for an IT Technical/Resources Support to work 22.2 hours per week (3 days) all year round with annual leave entitlement during school holiday period.

We wish to appoint an IT Technical/Resources Support to, under the guidance of senior staff; provide specialist technical IT support, including preparation and maintenance of resources and support to staff and learners.
Specific Duties Include:
- Use specialist skills/training/experience to support learners
- Create and maintain a purposeful, orderly and productive working environment
- Ensure timely and accurate design, preparation and use of specialist IT equipment/resources/materials
- Contribute to planning, development and organisation of IT systems/procedures/policies
- Be responsible for maintaining records, information and data, producing analysis and reports as required
- Promote and ensure the health and safety and good behaviour of learners at all times
- Monitor and manage stock within an agreed IT budget, cataloguing resources and undertaking audits as required
- Maintenance of specialist IT equipment, check for quality/safety, undertake specialist repairs/modifications within own capabilities and arrange for other repairs/modifications to be carried out by others
- Demonstrate and assist in the safe and effective use of specialist IT equipment/materials
- Provide specialist IT advice and guidance as required
