Ysgol Calon Lân is an all age (3-19) Special School for learners with a wide variety of additional learning needs. Ysgol Calon Lân was established in 2025 following the amalgamation of Ysgol Pen-y-Bryn and Ysgol Crug Glas, we are based over three sites, Tŷ Clase, Tŷ Penlan and Tŷ Dyfatty.

Ysgol Calon Lân is an extremely dynamic special school with high aspirations for all our pupils. We are always looking for new ways to ensure our pupils achieve the very best outcomes, enabling them to become fully active citizens and we pride ourselves on putting the child at the centre of everything we do. Our curriculum ensures that our pupils, who come from a wide range of backgrounds, have exceptional opportunities to excel and access exciting opportunities in school, and beyond school, to develop their physical, social and emotional well-being.
