(This post may be suitable as a secondment opportunity for an experienced teacher or school leader looking to develop their leadership experience within a supportive and ambitious school. Any secondment arrangement would be subject to agreement with the successful applicant's current school). The Governing Body wishes to appoint an enthusiastic, imaginative, ambitious and highly motivated Assistant Headteacher, to join our vibrant school through this exciting stage of our development. This is an opportunity for an outstanding practitioner with a passion for teaching and learning to help lead our school on the next stage of its journey.
A key aspect of this role will be the leadership and management of our Treowen Campus, ensuring it continues to thrive as an integral part of our school community.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team to drive school improvement, promote high standards of teaching and learning, and ensure every child achieves their full potential academically, socially and emotionally.

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Treowen Campus, ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, wellbeing and pastoral care.
• Can lead, develop and manage provision across our Treowen Campus.
• has a good understanding of our new rich and varied curriculum and
pedagogical principles;
• is committed to school improvement and has experience of leadership and management;
• has wide experience of working with children with additional learning and emotional / behavioural needs;
• is able to work with the Headteacher to provide a clear, strategic direction for the school;
• is able to work as part of a cohesive team working closely with the Head
Teacher, staff, governors and parents in supporting, facilitating and monitoring the School Development Plan and staff development at all levels;
