Role Title: Food and Beverage Supervisor

Location: Deeside

Coleg Cambria is looking for a Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead front-of-house operations across our Deeside campus restaurant, patisserie, and college events.

What You Will Do
  • Supervise front-of-house staff during restaurant, patisserie, and event services.
  • Act as Duty Manager and deputise for the General Manager when required.
  • Ensure strict adherence to food hygiene, health and safety, and environmental health regulations.
  • Oversee till processes, stock levels, beverage ordering, and EPOS sales reports.
  • Assist with commercial opportunities, college shows, and promotional activities

Essential Requirements
  • Food Hygiene Certificate L2
  • Good standard of numeracy and literacy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrable experience of proactively providing outstanding service
  • Flexible approach to work to meet changing demands of the business and directorate
  • Attention to detail with excellent general housekeeping and tidiness
