Role Title: Lecturer in A-Level Chemistry
Location: Yale
Contract Type: Full time/ Fixed term until June 2022
Salary scale: £26,911 - £41,598 Please note this salary will be pro rata and based on a salary assessment and relevant experience.

We are now searching for a Lecturer in A-level Chemistry to deliver on our A-level/AS-Level and BTEC applied science courses.

In order to be considered for this role, you must have proven experience and competence within delivery of this kind before as well as a proven track record of leading a programme of learning

As a Lecturer at Coleg Cambria you will be required to deliver both practical and classroom based learning to our students. You will also be responsible for enrolling students on appropriate courses and provide coaching, mentoring and learning opportunities as well as ensuring the safety and welfare of our students at all times.

Essential Requirements

Must be Degree qualified or equivalent (Level 6) in either Science or Chemistry

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Previous experience of delivering A-level Chemistry would be highly desirable

Self motivated, well organised and able to work independently using own initiative

Candidates must hold a valid driving licence and have access to their own transport.
