Penygawsi Primary School, located in Llantrisant, is a welcoming and successful primary school for pupils aged 3–11, set within extensive and attractive grounds that support a wide range of outdoor learning opportunities, including 2 MUGAs, large field and woodland areas. Following significant investment, the school now benefits from a modern, state-of-the-art building and high-quality external facilities designed to provide an inspiring environment for both staff and pupils.

We are seeking a proactive and reliable Site Manager to play a key role in maintaining our safe, clean and engaging school environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, working in partnership with Robertson Facilities Management to ensure compliance, safety and high standards across the premises, as well as completing and recording weekly and monthly Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks to keep equipment and systems functioning effectively. Duties will also include general maintenance, security of the site, health and safety checks, and grounds upkeep, including the use of power tools to maintain and enhance our woodland and outdoor learning areas. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and committed individual to contribute to a thriving school community.
