Main purpose & scope of the job:
To train learners in a classroom / placement environment, to give additional support where necessary and make assessment decisions to judge competence against all qualifications of the selected programme
Support and develop employability skills of learners
Provide support advice and guidance on progressions to employment and higher levels of learning.
Maintain delivery standards in accordance with the Quality Assurance process and policy
Maintain standards and contractual compliance in accordance with guidelines set by WG including reviews, timesheets, timely achievement and progression evidence.
To coordinate all delivery and assessment activities in accordance with all Awarding Organisations
Support the learner recruitment, sign up and enrolment process
Support learners to develop holistically in the areas of cross cutting themes which includes but is not limited to: Safeguarding & prevent, Well-being, Equality & Diversity, Literacy, Numeracy, Digital Literacy, Welsh Language, and British Values
Undertake any other reasonable duties expected of this role as outlined by your line manager
