Administration Assistant

Salary: Grade 3 SCP 3-5 £25,614- £26,427 pro rata, per annum

Location of post: Adult Community Learning, Tirmorfa Centre, Marine Drive, Port Talbot. SA12 7NN

About the role:

We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high quality administrative support to support the Adult Learning in the Community service.

The main duties of the post;

To provide a range of efficient and effective support services in line with the needs of the Adult Learning in the Community service at Tir Morfa Centre. This will involve supporting the team with administrative duties for the programmes including the Food Pantry.

As an Administration Assistant, you will;

Work collaboratively with the core team to ensure administration tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Provide necessary support for tutors including, completing enrolments, filing and photocopying.

To promote continuous development and improvement of the programme

• Experience of providing support services in an administrative environment
• Experience of post 16 provision.
