An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, highly motivated and resourceful Wellbeing Tutor.

The Trailblazer Wellbeing Tutor is a new post and will offer a person-centred approach to determine and mitigate against the impact of barriers to employment, by providing support with a clear focus on wellbeing and progress.

The Trailblazer programme, targets economically inactive people of working age who are disabled and/or have health conditions, or caring responsibilities by providing tailored interventions including one-to-one mentoring, counselling services, wellbeing provision, and specialist support for those with health conditions.

The postholder will be based in Canolfan Calon Taf, Parc Coffa Ynysangharad War Memorial Pak, CF37 4PF with travel across the Borough to deliver non-accredited wellbeing courses. A variety of delivery venues will include but not be limited to family focused schools and job centres.

A teaching and /or training qualification is essential.
