This is a fantastic opportunity to help drive the success of the Career Leap programme, connecting employers, learners and education providers to create meaningful progression opportunities across the region. As the central lead system administrator for the Career Leap platform, you will play a pivotal role in supporting users, managing communications, coordinating activities and events, and ensuring the programme delivers excellent outcomes for stakeholders.
Scale 3, Points 17 - 20, £26,462 - £28,496 per annum
37 hours per week (including evening work and occasional early mornings and weekends).
Contract: Full time, fixed term until 31 August 2029.

About you:Our ideal candidate will have a Level 3 qualification (NVQ or equivalent) in relevant discipline and have relevant experience in an administrative or system support role. You should also hold level 2 qualifications in English and Maths (GCSE or equivalent) and be IT literate equivalent to level 3. Experience supporting digital platforms or onboarding processes would be advantageous.
