Overall job purpose
The role's main objective is to operate as a central pillar in delivering and managing the Music Scheme across the island, ensuring strategic alignment with the priorities of the National Music Service Wales (NMSW) and the National Plan for Music Education.

The role requires a sophisticated integration of administrative management duties and the coordination of provision, as well as training and advising on the Expressive Arts curriculum. The aim of the officer is to ensure that every pupil has access to musical experiences of the highest quality that promote wellbeing, measurable progress in skills, and the transformation of schools' musical capacity.
