As a Midday Supervisory Assistant you will be supporting the safety, well-being and happiness of our children during their midday break.
We are looking for someone who has a patient and calm manner when working with children. Who is a strong team player, who is flexible and reliable and has an understanding of child safety and safeguarding principles. Experience of working with young children is desirable but not essential.
An Enhanced DBS is required for this position.

Ysgol Cae'r Gwenyn is a Primary Special School. We are a small school for 34 full time learners, from Nursery up to Year 2. Visitors to our school regularly comment on the calm, happy and family atmosphere in school. In addition, Ysgol Cae'r Gwenyn had an Estyn Inspection in 2023 with very positive outcomes.
"The wellbeing of pupils is at the centre of everything at the school. The school provides an engaging curriculum based on developing the pupils' communication skills. Learning experiences are designed to support pupils to understand and to be understood. School staff are highly skilled and provide excellent support to develop pupils' verbal and non-verbal skills".
