The Governing Body wish to appoint a Teaching Assistant (Level 3) to work at Alaw Primary School to complement our existing team.
We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will support pupils’ learning and wellbeing, working closely with teachers to deliver high quality provision that enables all learners to make strong progress. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a nurturing approach and a commitment to inclusive practice that helps every child thrive and achieve their full potential.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a supportive school community where staff work collaboratively to secure positive outcomes for all learners.

Main Duties:
• Support pupils' learning, wellbeing and development in class and through targeted interventions.
• Work collaboratively with teachers to deliver engaging learning experiences.
• Promote positive behaviour and inclusive practice across the school.
We are looking for candidates who are caring, flexible and motivated, with strong communication skills and a commitment to supporting all learners to achieve their best. Experience of working with children and a positive, proactive approach are highly desirable.
