Education Workforce Council
The Education Workforce Council (EWC) is the statutory, self-regulating professional body for members of the education workforce in Wales.

The Recruitment and Support Officer will play a lead operational role in the implementation of the new Educators Wales recruitment, advocacy and support service. They will build and maintain a network of stakeholders, deliver bespoke sourcing activities and represent the Educators Wales brand at key organisational events. Working as a member of the promotion of careers team, the Recruitment and Support Officer will support the development and facilitation of targeted recruitment campaigns across all seven registrant groups, and stakeholder engagement plans for priority recruitment areas. They will provide a professional enquiry service and develop content for and support the maintenance of the Educators Wales website and social media channels.

They will have excellent communication skills, including presentation skills, with the ability to write concisely and persuasively and present complex information to a wide range of audiences. They will also have strong organisational, analytical and IT skills. Welsh language skills are desirable but not essential to the post.
