Salary - Grade 7 - £24,920 x 78.5%

32.5 Hours Per Week - Term Time Only

The Governing Body of Trallwng Infants School seeks to appoint a School Clerk to join the dedicated, friendly and hardworking team of staff.

Are you :-
• Highly organised,
• Have good inter personal skills including being approachable to all and able to deal with complex matters in a confidential manner.
• Able to operate Sims, Finance, iTrent and other computerised systems.
• Able to work happily efficiently and effectively as part of a dedicated team.
• A good role model for pupils and staff.
• Flexible, efficient and able to use your own initiative and looking for the opportunity to develop your skills

The successful applicant will need to:-
• Take lead role in the development and maintenance of record/information systems including iTrent, SIMS, Finance, Plasc
• Provide detailed analysis and evaluation of data/ and produce detailed
• reports/information as required
• Be responsible for the management of consumable resources, including management of the school budget and regular audit of consumables.
• Liaise between managers/teaching staff and support staff
• Be IT competent with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office and HWB
