The Governing Body are seeking to appoint an inspirational and enthusiastic teacher to join the Senior Leadership Team at Caradog Primary School, who will hold responsibility for leading the development and progression of Literacy, Numeracy and Digital competence skills across the curriculum.

We are looking for a teacher with a proven track record of excellence, who is passionate about achievement and excellence for all. The successful candidate will be committed to continued school improvement and professional development, with excellent communication skills and a desire to contribute to the strategic direction of the school.

• Have the ability to interact, on a professional level, with all colleagues and stakeholders.
• Seek to develop and maintain productive relationships with all staff, parents, carers, etc
• Be proactive and reactive to the needs of the school.
