School Clerk (Level 4)

32.5 hours (Term Time plus one week)

Grade 7 (£24,920 x 78.50%)

The Governing Body wish to appoint a School Clerk (Level 4) to work at Tonysguboriau Primary School to complement our existing team. They will join our hardworking and friendly team in a busy school office.

The successful applicant will;
• Be IT competent with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office and hwb
• Be able to efficiently operate SIMS and iTrent, which would be an advantage
• Have a working knowledge of attendance procedures
• Be professional, friendly and approachable
• Be able to deal with complex matters in a confidential way

The successful applicant will need to;
• Take a lead role in the development and maintenance of record/information systems including iTrent, SIMS, Finance, Plasc
• Be responsible for the management of consumable resources, including management of the school budget and regular audit of consumables
• Liaise between managers/teaching staff and support staff
• Work effectively as part of the team
