Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time (37 hours per week)

Salary: £22,775 - £23,212 - Based on a salary assessment and experience 

Coleg Cambria has an exciting opportunity to join the team at our Restaurant based at our Yale site. We are looking for a Chef de Partie to support the Sous Chef and the Head Chef and wider kitchen team in the delivery of outstanding dining experiences in the onsite Restaurant. This will include contemporary food reflecting modern food cookery processes and presentation styles.

Essential Requirements

Excellent kitchen skills combined with a high standard of cookery.

Ability to work unsupervised and on own initiative.

Excellent knowledge of current trends in food and food production

Basic Food Hygiene Qualification

At least 2 years previous experience of working in a kitchen environment at a similar level

Worked in 3 or 4 star establishments or equivalent 

Able to maintain a good level of housekeeping and cleanliness.

Able to maintain accurate records. 

Impeccable food, hygiene and housekeeping standards.
