Role Title: Data Administrator

Location: Deeside

Contract Type: Full Time - Permanant

Salary: £20,277- £21,690

Coleg Cambria are now looking for a Data Administrator to join their Information Systems team based at our Deeside site.

As a Data Administrator at Coleg Cambria you will be responsible for checking and accurately inputting/updating data into the College Management Information System. As well as updating data on external data systems such as Awarding Bodies and the Learner Records Service, as required. It is also important that you maintain a basic knowledge of the requirements of both GDPR and the College’s Information Security Policies and Procedures to ensure that all data processing and sharing is in accordance with both of these.

Essential Requirements

Qualified to Level 2 or equivalent in English and Maths

Qualified to at least NVQ Level 2 Business Administration

Recent administrative experience within a busy office environment

A basic understanding of GDPR and the importance of Information Security.

Able to demonstrate a high level of IT competence
