You will support learners to gain their Professional Cookery qualifications level 2/3, and form a vital link between the college and employers. You will assess learners’ work in the workplace and pass on your knowledge and experience as well as undertaking assessments in the workplace, assisting candidates in the preparation of their portfolio of evidence, carrying out progress reviews.
