Responsible to the Wales National Police Chiefs Council (NPCC) Lead and working with each of the Designated Responsible Officers in Wales, you will drive and deliver change to ensure the highest level of standards for the Volunteer Police Cadet (VPC) and Police Youth Volunteer (PYV) programmes.
