The school is currently beginning a new phase of development with a 21st Century school that is due to be completed in the Autumn of 2023.
About the Role

Pay Details: Grade 4, SCP 5-7, £21,575 - £22,369 pro rata
Hours of Work / Weeks per year / Working Pattern: 15hrs, 6.30am to 9am and 4.30 to 5.30pm

Description:
The Head Teacher and Governing Body of St Nicholas CIW Primary School wish to appoint a practical, positive and energetic Caretaker to assist in ensuring that the environment (inside and out) is safe, well maintained and meets Health and Safety requirements. Duties will include security, general maintenance, cleaning of designated areas and ensuring the safety, good order and tidiness of the school site. The school is also seeking a mini-bus driver and there is the opportunity to combine both jobs. If you would like to discuss any aspect of the job before applying, please contact the school.

You will need:
• Practical and good DIY skills
• Basic literacy and IT skills
• Full driving licence
• Friendly and helpful manner
• To effectively organise your own time whilst being flexible enough to respond to urgent requests.
