Casual workers will be paid at £22,366 pro rata (£11.59 per hour).
Are you interested in working part-time as a School Crossing Patrol? We now have casual vacancies in areas throughout the County.
Casual vacancies exist at various locations throughout Carmarthenshire.
You would become part of a dedicated team responsible for the safety of young people traveling to and from school. The hours cover the beginning and end of the school day and, in some cases, lunch-time.
The Authority is seeking to recruit a pool of Casual School Crossing Patrols to cover for absences, to be available on an ad-hoc basis and sometimes at short notice.
You will be provided with a uniform and safety equipment and full training.
A basic knowledge of Welsh is required to accomplish this post. Support can be provided on appointment to reach this level.
A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check will be requested for this post.
