Applicants are invited to apply for this unique and exciting opportunity to become Headteacher of Malpas Court Primary School in Newport. The school provides education for children aged between 3 years and 11 years.

The Governing Body seek an innovative Headteacher who can provide inspirational leadership for the school. The school is situated within the Newport High cluster of primary schools and serves a diverse community. This very successful school has a passionate and committed team of staff who ensure that the school is at the heart of the community and that strong family engagement and pupil wellbeing is paramount.

Interviews scheduled:

• Monday 24th April 2023 – written tasks (to take place on Microsoft Teams)

• Tuesday 25th April 2023 – panel interviews

Start Date: 1st September 2023 or as soon as possible thereafter

Candidates who are shortlisted for interview will be invited to visit the school.
