About the Role
Pay Details: Grade 4, SCP 5 - 7, £11.18 - £11.59ph

Hours of Work / Weeks per year: 35hrs per week, Monday - Friday, 52 weeks

Split Shift Working Pattern 6.00am-9.30am and 2.30pm-6.00pm (subject to negotiation)


We are seeking to appoint a highly responsible and motivated individual to join our team as a Site Manager/School Caretaker. To support the Headteacher/SLT and Governing Body in taking responsibility for the management of the school site. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the school by maintaining its facilities, grounds and equipment are in excellent condition, taking responsibility for the management of external contractors working on site, and to supervise other site staff including allocation and monitoring of work, if applicable.

About you
You will need:

  • Experience of working within a similar role.

  • Experience of building security including alarm setting.

  • Experience of working in building maintenance/repair.
