The pupils, staff and Governors of Blaenycwm Primary School are looking for an inspirational, forward-thinking practitioner, with proven leadership skills to f ill the post of Deputy Head teacher at our school.

The Deputy Headteacher will inspire and support an enthusiastic team, be an excellent and innovative teacher, communicate well with all stakeholders and play an active part in our community centered school. The successful candidate will uphold our school vision;

  • Is able to lead curriculum development and continuous professional development;
  • Is an excellent team worker, who can work alongside other senior leaders within the school;
  • Has resilience, flexibility, enthusiasm and is motivated to achieve excellence;
  • Be an exemplary teacher and with the highest expectations of pupil's learning.
