Term time only - 38 weeks
25 hours per week
The Traveller Education service seeks to appoint a Level 4 Teaching Assistant to work within the service on a peripatetic basis under the guidance of the TES manager/senior staff and within an agreed system of supervision. The role will involve supporting and implementing agreed work programmes with individuals and groups of Gypsy, Roma and Traveller learners to develop their learning skills and enable them to access the curriculum. Work may be carried out in the classroom or outside the main teaching area.
