Job description
Sport and Leisure services are looking to recruit a highly motivated, passionate, dynamic, and skilled team leader for this permanent post within Caerphilly Adventures.

We are looking for someone with experience of working within the field of Outdoor Education and dealing with key partners.

You will manage and implement strategies to improve the range and quality of opportunities through increased participation and improved performance in outdoor adventurous activities.

You will be working within the Sport & Leisure services development team and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders and internal departments to ensure the best service delivery for the customer. For example, Education, EOTAS, Sports Development, Youth Services.

The Essential qualification required is a relevant Level 6 (Degree) qualification on the Credit and Qualifications Framework for Wales.
