Salary scale 3: £21,434 - £22,938 per annum
Full Time and Permanent

Job Purpose: To have overall responsibility for the day to day maintenance of the Estates grounds.

Essential criteria
● Experience in maintenance requirements for multi use buildings and land.
● Ability to work in a physically demanding role, i.e. working at height, manual handling, etc.
● Good standard of general education, including English and Maths.
● IT literate with the ability to use systems and email.
● Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
● Ability to work as part of a team and under own initiative.
