We require a Raising Standards Lead (pastoral), to complement the professional work of teachers
Under an agreed system of supervision: take a lead role within the School to promote and address the needs of students who need help to overcome barriers to learning in order for them to excel academically. Assist the AHT and support students to ensure nearly all students reach and exceed their academic potential, while ensuring their physical and emotional wellbeing and happiness across school life.

Work may be carried out in a range of environments across the School.
