In this exciting diverse role for Addysg Oedolion Cymru | Adult Learning Wales you will assist and support the regional development and implementation of a cohesive programme of face to face/online/blended community adult provision in the geographical areas of Neath Port Talbot, Swansea and Carmarthenshire.

Whilst you will be dealing with a curriculum provision programme, this is not a teaching or course development/design/resource role. This is a hands on role, operating at pace, you will be key in assisting the Regional Manager in ensuring that all learning activities meet the agreed provision, finance and quality targets.

The 3 areas within this region offer different opportunities of curriculum development this could be from developing bilingual and Welsh language provision, supporting our Voluntary Movement through our ‘Branches’ and supporting the development of curriculum within our thriving vocational centre of our light construction (carpentry and woodwork).

Working closely with business support teams to identify, support and coordinate tutor deployment within regional provision, to support and assist Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) activities, to ensure learners receive the maximum benefit from the organisation’s support services.

You will be working collaboratively with key stakeholders within the regions, private industry, statutory and voluntary bodies to support the ongoing development of the regional curriculum provision and recruitment of viable of number to the curriculum programme.
