Flying Start Crèche Supervisor

G05 £21,968 - £22,777 pro rata

21 hours per week (term time only)

Fixed Term until 31/03/2025, 1 x 21 hours per week

We have 1 vacancy for fixed-term, part-time Flying Start crèche supervisor delivering crèche facilities at various locations in the Wrexham area. The ability to work flexibly and to travel between various settings, and venues across Wrexham is essential.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate flexibility of approach; a strong sense of team-work and a high level of understanding of child development. Experience working with parents/carers and young children would be beneficial.

The post will involve delivering high quality crèche provision and be responsible for organising and implementing a stimulating and varied programme of activities for children aged four and under, within a group setting / or on an individual basis.

This post requires enthusiasm, a good understanding of child development and well developed communication skills.

The ability to communicate through the medium of Welsh is desirable.

Travel between settings is an essential part of the role.
