The role:
To play a key role within the Contract Compliance team providing a comprehensive service to business delivery partners (College Faculties and External Delivery Partners), ensuring full compliance with the WBL contract specifications in both Wales and England.
14.5 hours per week (two days)

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure timely and accurate completion and submission of all work based learning related documentation throughout the learner life cycle.
Ensure compliance through the learner/employer paperwork life cycle via first level control audit checks and monitoring against targets.
Undertake data entry to MAYTAS, Smart Assessor, QL, college and external databases to maintain the learner and employer records for English and Welsh contracts as needed.
About you:
Knowledge of entering data accurately into database systems.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
Must be IT literate – can give examples using Word, Email and Excel.
Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent.
