32.5hrs per week, 39 weeks per year (term-time plus Training Days)

8.30 am – 3.30pm Monday to Friday

The governing body are looking to appoint 2 fixed term Teaching Assistants that share the Alway Primary School vision, our School motto is ‘Always feel Proud’ this relates to every area of school life – learning, teaching, behaviour, environment and atmosphere. It means that every member of our school goes that ‘extra mile’ to make the school the best it can be.

The successful candidate will

• have a proven track record of working successfully within Foundation Phase/ Key Stage Two

• be enthusiastic, self-motivated and resilient

• nurture pupils to reach their full potential

• be committed to developing pupils as independent learners and thinkers

• be a good communicator and team member, who is caring, flexible and approachable

• be able to work collaboratively

• be reliable and able to take responsibility
