The Governing Body of Crynallt Primary School wish to appoint a Learning Support Assistant (Level 3) to work within our Learning Support Centre supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (SEBD). You will join a skilled team of staff and receive instruction under the direct supervision of the class teacher.

The successful candidate must have experience of working with pupils who have social, emotional, and behavioural needs. You must be empathic, calm, resourceful, resilient and enthusiastic about working with children. Being able to support strategies aimed at maximising learner outcomes is essential. You will need to be a good communicator and team member. You must also be caring, flexible and approachable to help motivate pupils to succeed. It is important you are reliable, able to take responsibility and have the ability to work collaboratively.
