Fixed Term to 24.5.24 to Cover Maternity

The Headteacher, Governing Body and children at Milton Primary School would like to offer an exciting opportunity to join the team. Both roles advertised are to cover maternity leaves with an anticipated start date of October 1 2023, to the end of the Spring term 2024.

We are looking to appoint an inspirational, innovative and committed teacher who will be excited by the opportunity to be instrumental in the further development and enhancement of our learning offer at Milton. They will have an up to date knowledge and understanding of the current curriculum reform in Wales and a passion for developing excellent teaching and learning that is at the cutting edge. You will have the knowledge and ambition to ensure that learning experiences, attainment and achievement are maximised.

You will be a passionate teacher and leader for whom teaching is a true vocation.

THIS POST REQUIRES YOU TO BE REGISTERED WITH THE EWC.

This position is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (1974) and is subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Check (DBS).

The appointment process will begin with a lesson observation, following which only selected candidates may be invited to interview. The next stage will then consist of a presentation and an interview with the appointment panel.
