Hours: 37 hours per week - Full Time
Salary: Grade 6 - £24,054 per annum

Ty Gwyn Education Centre wishes to appoint a Site Manager to be responsible for site security, maintenance and related tasks.

The Site Manager will be required to ensure the school building, grounds and related areas are well maintained, safe and presented well. There is a responsibility for key holding and alarm systems in this role.

The Site Manager is responsible for aspects of cleaning, painting and decorating, repairs and general maintenance, this can be inside or out of doors.

This post requires some administrative and computer based work tasks on maintenance systems and training is provided regarding this.

A good working knowledge of current health and safety requirements is required and the ability to work independently and to agreed deadlines.

There may be a requirement to work with and oversee external contractors and their activities. The post reports to the Head of Centre.
