An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lecturer in Performing Arts - Acting within the Creative Industries department at Cardiff and Vale College. This role will be based at the City Centre Campus.

Responsibilities include:
  • Cardiff and Vale College are looking for a Lecturer in Performing Arts - acting - based within the Creative Industries department within our City Centre Campus but with the expectation to cover other campuses as and when needed.
  • The successful candidate for the post will be primarily responsible for delivering on Performing Arts courses at level 3 and 4
  • The successful candidate would require a teaching qualification and experience in teaching Performing Arts, Acting in an FE setting.
  • Knowledge and experience of the UAL qualification framework is essential.
  • They would also require industry experience in the Performing Arts sector with excellent links to relevant industry within Wales and the UK.
  • Welsh language skills would be desirable for this role.
