Management scale points 2-3: £46,910 to £48,395 per annum

We are currently seeking an individual to champion the wellbeing of all students, by ensuring the College is a safe and inclusive environment where students can holistically develop skills, resilience and respect and be all that they can be. You will work in close partnership with those responsible for student experience, tutorial and core skills to ensure a cohesive, collaborative and efficient approach to student life, developing a highly responsive wellbeing service which recognises the continuum of need and intervention.

You will have strong contextual knowledge of the Wales Safeguarding Procedure, Welsh Government ‘Keeping Learners Safe’ guidance, Estyn and other relevant legislative duties associated with safeguarding and hold a level 5 or above qualification in youth work, youth justice, social work or similar relevant qualification, together with a level 3 in safeguarding children and vulnerable adults (or willingness to work towards).
