The College Merthyr Tydfil wishes to appoint a Wellbeing Support Worker (at 37 hours per week x 38 weeks per year).
The role of Wellbeing Support Worker will be critical to the successful delivery of the College's Wellbeing and Learner support, ensuring that the college continues to provide a safe, supportive and inclusive learning environment for all learners.
You will be part of a highly responsive and holistic support team, working closely with other Wellbeing Support Workers, college staff and the wider Wellbeing and Learner Support team at the college, in order to provide support and guidance to college learners at risk of becoming NEETs or requiring mental health and emotional wellbeing support.
A DBS check and EWC registration are requirements of this post
