This role is to assist and support the Quality Manager to co-ordinate quality within the region, ensuring the development and delivery of an outstanding learner experience. You will co-ordinate IQA activities within the region, and work closely with the Regional Manager to drive quality improvement strategies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
About you
You will have a PGCE or Cert. Ed. teaching qualification, and Level 3 and 4 Assessor qualifications, with current training related to curriculum delivery and/or accreditation an advantage. You will have experience of the implementation and leading of internal verification systems and moderation, and knowledge of current issues in field of adult education in Wales including credit and qualification frameworks. The ability to speak, read and write the Welsh Language fluently is desirable.
