Job description
We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration and Accreditations Officer to join the Caerphilly Adult Community Learning team to support the Multiply delivery team regarding all admin and accreditation tasks.
The contract will run until 31 st March 2025.
'Through the Multiply programme, the UK Government is investing over £100m into Wales to help transform the lives of adults across Wales by improving their functional numeracy skills through free personal tutoring, digital training, and flexible courses.'
The Multiply initiative will deliver high quality, innovative numeracy interventions that meet the needs of local people and the national aims for Multiply.
For this role we ask that you demonstrate how you meet the essential criteria detailed in the application.
The Administration and Accreditations Officer will be work as part of the UK Government funded Multiply project team; develop and implement comprehensive administrative systems to support the effective and
efficient running of the Multiply project; Support the Multiply team with the provision of high quality administrative, financial and accreditation support.
The Administration and Accreditations Officer will have experience of working in an office environment, providing quality administrative support; collecting and monitoring the required information; planning, managing and updating management information systems; keeping accurate, up to date electronic and paperwork; dealing with a variety of enquiries / correspondence; ordering and distributing resources and using financial control or procurement software; arranging meetings, collating information for reports and taking minutes; monitoring and tracking accreditation.
