Salary scale: £29,162 - £45,077 Please note this salary will be pro rata and based on a salary assessment and relevant experience or evidence of previous progression to Upper Pay Scale

It's desirable (but not essential) that you have taught or delivered training in Finance and Accountancy. However if you feel you have the right attributes to inpart knowledge and share your experience of Accountancy and Finance, then we can support you in gaining the necessary teaching qualifications in order to fulfil the requirements for this role.
Responsibilities:
To teach and inspire our learners, delivering up to Level 4 AAT and a Finance module on the degree programme.
Prepare learning materials, mark students’ work, and liaise with awarding organisations and exam invigilation as required.
Provide educational guidance, support and counselling for all students whilst participating in the marketing, planning, assessment and evaluation of course provision.
Produce documentation such as; registers, schemes of work, records of work, course review, course analysis documentation, student reports and absence reports.
Essential Requirements
Qualified to a least Level 5 in Business and Finance or a relevant specialist subject area
Be willing to work towards holding a relevant training qualification
Be willing to develop a range of learning and teaching techniques and prepare effective written and visual teaching materials
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong team player, displaying energy and enthusiasm in the learning environment
Proficient in MS Office and ideally in Google applications and using the internet and intranet.
