The role:

Working as a part of a busy team, this role provides targeted support to the College for the recruitment of Apprentices, supporting full time students looking to progress onto an apprenticeship and employers looking to support their employees through an apprenticeship programme.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and conduct visits to employer premises ensuring an efficient and customer focused approach.
  • Plan, prepare and complete WBL documentation ensuring information is precise, accurate and timely.
  • Work with delivery staff and liaise with Learner Coaches to ensure WEST tests are completed.
  • Conduct sign up paperwork with learners and employers and ensure all other applicable paperwork is completed to the requirements of the WBL Programme Specification.
About you:
  • Level 3 qualification OR equivalent in relevant area i.e. A-Level / Diploma
  • Understanding the importance of building and maintaining relationships with employers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
