Attendance and Retention Officer

Are you passionate about supporting others? We are looking an Attendance and Retention Officer to join our student support family. This role would be suited to someone with a friendly personality and someone who is eager to create a supportive environment for our students.

Scale 4, Points 21 - 24, £25,354 - £27,304 per annum.

Full time, fixed term until 31 July 2024.

37 hours per week (including occasional early mornings, evenings and weekends).

About you: Ideally you will have a level 4 qualification in a relevant discipline, and relevant experience. Candidates must hold a level 2 qualification in English and Maths (GCSE or equivalent) and be IT literate to Level 3. Experience of working in a student facing role is essential.
