Job Description

Join our dedicated team as a Youth Support Worker with a competitive salary ranging from £27,852 to £31,099 for a full-time, fixed-term position expected to last until 31 st March 2025.

Your Responsibilities: As a Youth Support Worker, you'll provide essential support, advice, and guidance to young individuals facing homelessness. You'll co-facilitate workshops, advice sessions, and targeted interventions, alongside personalized one-on-one case work. Our goal is to prevent youth homelessness and, when unavoidable, ensure it is rare, brief, and non-recurring.
