Job description
37 hours per week
Fixed term – up to 31 March 2025
Are you a team player with solid experience of working with funded projects to ensure compliance in relation to information recorded? You will need experience of using Office applications to compile monitoring records and data, administer and minute meetings and be able to support project colleagues in their roles.
You will be responsible for using awarding organisation systems to undertake all necessary tasks from registering learners to applications for certification.
You will work in an ambitious, fast moving and dynamic environment where working flexibly and well with others is key to success.
The ability to greet customers through the medium of Welsh is a requirement for this post
Protecting children, young people or adults at risk is a core responsibility of all council employees.
A valid driving license is requirement for this post.
The council’s Hybrid Working Policy applies to this post. This provides a framework for establishing how you will undertake working hours between your home and the office.
