The Head Teacher and Governing Body at Clytha Primary School are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant Level 2 (Grade 3) to join our happy school. This will be a permanent post and will commence on the 1st October, 2023 or as close to this date as possible. The appointment process will involve an interview with the Head Teacher, Deputy Head Teacher and a member of the Governing Body.

THIS POST REQUIRES YOU TO BE REGISTERED WITH THE EWC.

This position is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (1974) and is subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Check (DBS). This post requires you to be registered with the EWC.

The post is offered on a part time basis of 32.5 hours per week, over 39 weeks per year (term time only). Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8.45am – 3:45pm, with 30 minutes for lunch. Holidays must be taken during school holiday periods. There is also an expectation that you would be involved in an After School Club and attend Professional Learning Meetings, INSET days and be part of all aspects of school life.
