Salary scale 3: £21,740 - £23,266 per annum (pro rata)
Part Time (20 hours) and Fixed Term until October 2024

Job Purpose: To provide an outstanding support service to all Bridgend College students and stakeholders.

Essential criteria

  • Ability to deliver a high quality customer focussed service.
  • Ability to implement administration systems.
  • Knowledge of Google Suite.
  • 4 GCSEs (Grade A-C) including Maths & English & Welsh or equivalent.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
Desirable criteria

  • Ability to answer phone calls, enquiries and LiveChat confidently in Welsh
  • Knowledge of EBS (Tribal) management information system
  • Knowledge of UCAS Application system.
  • An understanding of Further Education system
