The role:

This cross campus role, working as part of the MIS team, is to support the MIS & Examinations Manager and the Senior MIS Officer to ensure compliance and efficiency in relation to Registry processes, enrolment and the subsequent data requirements and submissions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To assist in the management of data relating to impact on internal and external systems and reporting requirements.
  • To monitor part time enquiries, following departmental processes, liaising with relevant curriculum areas to ensure an efficient response to part time learners.
  • Extract and analyse data using MI software and database tools.
  • To work with the MIS Management team to evaluate systems, and assist with implementation.
About you:
  • Level 3 Qualification in a relevant discipline.
  • Previous experience working with high volumes of data entry.
  • IT Literate, ability to use spreadsheets, database reporting tools and Word.
  • Able to work under pressure
